We operate with clear terms. We reply to all inquiries within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST. To secure a booking, a 30 % deposit is required. Additional services, including fishing tackle, jet skis, paddle boards, catering, photographers, and car transfers, are arranged upon request during booking. If bad weather makes sailing unsafe, we agree a new date in the chat or issue a refund according to guest preference.

Departure Locations in Dubai
Our vessels depart from two primary locations: Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. The specific boarding point is confirmed in the WhatsApp chat prior to departure based on the selected boat. No passports or identity documents are required to board the vessel. Guests simply arrive at the designated pier at the scheduled time to meet the crew and begin their charter.
