This includes your name, contact information, preferred departure from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour, selected vessel length between 33 and 164 feet, charter duration from 2 hours, and requested optional extras such as catering, water sports, or transfers. Because no passport or ID is needed to board our yachts and boats, we do not request or store identity documents. We also record the 30% deposit payment status required to secure your selected date and time on our booking calendar.

We use your details solely to manage your charter operations between 9:00 and 23:00 GST. Your details enable our team to assign the licensed captain and crew, calculate total rates ranging from 600 to 18,900 AED per hour inclusive of VAT, and prepare on-board inclusions such as towels, ice, soft drinks, and life jackets. If adverse weather prevents sailing, we use your WhatsApp conversation to agree a new date or issue a full refund according to your preference. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing campaigns or automated sales calls.

You retain full control over your personal data at all times. You have the right to request a summary of the details we hold regarding your yacht charter, ask for immediate corrections, or request complete deletion of past conversation logs and booking notes. Because we operate without postal addresses, email channels, or phone desks, all data requests are handled directly through WhatsApp. Simply click the WhatsApp button on our website between 9:00 and 23:00 GST, and our team will process your request within our standard 15-minute response window.
